With a venue as grand as the newly renovated Union Station, flowers don't have to be fussy. So when Michelle came to us about the flowers for her and Michael's wedding back in June, we knew just what to do.
We weren't trying to compete with the beautiful venue with the flowers. We were looking to enhance the beauty. We chose a very soft color pallet of dusty miller, sweet eskimo pal pink roses, white hydrangea and pale pink calecinia heather for some texture. This helped play off the jewel tones and gold accents of the venue.
Candles bring tons of warmth to the largest of places and we hi-lighted the mantle with dozens of them and tucked in dusty miller and pale pink roses.
Bouquets and centerpieces all followed suit with the same flowers. In looking at the fabulous Stevie Ramos' blog post, we think Michelle did an incredible job planning and making the whole thing look seamless and effortless. And Stevie did an awesome job of capturing the night! Be sure to check out her entire blog post.
We were honored to be a part of this beautiful day.
